Inspired by Ayurvedic postpartum care and traditions from around the world, I prepare healing meals to help postpartum bodies recover and replenish.

Local, Organic Ingredients - I source from local farms and markets, seasonally whenever possible. Organic produce, pasture-raised eggs, homemade broths, healing herbs, and grass fed meat.

  • Many parents start in the first week after birth, when rest and nourishment are most essential. Others appreciate support in the final weeks of pregnancy to prepare for postpartum, and some may feel well fed until family members leave, or the meal train slows down many weeks postpartum. I tailor your meals based on how far postpartum you are and what your digestion needs are.

  • I deliver within a 45-minute radius of High Falls, NY. I can deliver to your home, birthing center, or hospital. Meals come in glass jars, labeled and ready to heat, which I can collect with your next delivery.

  • Yes! After your initial consultation, I’ll send a weekly menu based on your preferences and healing needs. You'll have the opportunity to approve, adjust, or request swaps before I shop and cook.

  • Absolutely. Whether you're avoiding certain spices, need gluten-free options, or follow a particular cultural or ancestral diet, I’ll adapt my offerings to your needs. We’ll go over everything in your initial consultation. I’ll also send a questionnaire to learn about your needs, preferences, and vision for postpartum.

  • Yes! Families who commit to multiple weeks of meal delivery or bundled care receive a discount. This allows for more consistent support and deeper nourishment over time.

  • Of course. Revillaging means weaving in multiple threads of support. Through shared meal plans, recipes, and nourishment strategies, I can help your support team feel empowered and prepared. A postpartum planning session can be a beautiful way to include your support team, laying the groundwork together so everyone feels clear, confident, and aligned in how to nourish you best.

  • You don’t need to have it all figured out! You can begin receiving care or meals at any point in your mothering journey—it’s never too late to be nourished.

I am a student of midwifery, herbalism, my ancestors, my own motherhood, and spiritual traditions and healing practices from across the world.

I am a kitchen explorer, a crafty squirrel, and a wanderer. I love to sing with groups of people, to dance alone in my kitchen, and explore the beautiful rivers and mountains around my home.

This work is not only about creating healthy, resilient, sovereign families, but in assisting to midwife a shift of consciousness through strengthening and centering the mother-baby dyad in this most vulnerable and impactful time.
